About the Team

Engineering Center in Bielsko-Biała, as an independent unit focuses on designing mechatronic systems, prototype production and testing as well as acoustic and mechanical validation and software development for electric power steering systems (EPS). As a Motor Development Trainee you will actively support Motor mechanical development team. You will have a chance to work according to ZF processes and project management methods. You will learn process of motor development from perspective of designing product as well as management of product delivery.

What you can look forward to as Test Tooling Development Engineer (m/f/d)

• Creating and maintaining a model, based on Matlab / Simulink;
• Development of HIL Simulator (real time system, electronics, electrics, mechanics);
• Maintenance Hardware in the Loop equipment and laboratory equipment;
• Testing activities support;
• Collaboration with foreign departments and external companies;
• Working with C and Python.

Your Profile as Test Tooling Development Engineer (m/f/d)

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering with background in electronics, computer science, telecommunication, mechatronics, biomedical engineering or similar;
• English language skills on at least communicative level; 
• Computer programming experience: MATLAB/Simulink, C; 
• Basic understanding of embedded systems; 
• Basic experience with Python or other language(s) that help in test automation activities; 
• Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape) or dSPACE tools is an advantage; 
• Experience within automotive industry is an advantage (including AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 or Automotive SPICE).
