Your role

As an RPA Developer (Blue Prism), you will support the design and delivery of automation solutions that streamline and enhance business processes. Working within agile teams, you will translate process requirements into efficient Blue Prism workflows, contribute to technical decision‑making, and ensure adherence to development standards. Your role will involve hands‑on development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement, helping to deliver scalable automations that bring measurable value to the organization and its clients.

YOUR TASKS

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation software solutions.
• Identify and communicate technical requirements for implementation.
• Ensure development of automation solutions follows coding standards and frameworks.
• Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in project delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions.
• Define and update best practices and development techniques.

YOUR PROFILE

• Around 1 year of experience in RPA development (Blue Prism).
• Strong technical skills enabling independent execution of tasks across all development phases.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated solutions.
• Nice to have: experience with tools such as Git, Jira, ServiceNow and working in SCRUM/Agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
