Responsibilities

• Collaboration in the introduction and acquisition of new, automated manufacturing methods for displays and touch systems
• Optimization of existing production processes with a focus on optical and structural bonding/gluing
• Implementation of product and process qualification and validation
• Development of production documentation and work instructions for new production technologies
• Support in the development of quality-relevant documentation (e.g. FMEA, PLP)
• Independent process error analysis (process, material, mechanics, electronics and programming) in consultation with other specialist departments

Requirements

• (Process) Engineer or degree in natural sciences or engineering
• Initial experience with the development of automated (bonding) processes desirable
• Several years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international production company
• Experience in programming industrial robots-preferably KUKA robots
• Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail combined with a structured way of working
• Goal-oriented and independent work in a dynamic and innovative team
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Flexibility, quality awareness, ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%)
