Responsibilities

• Timely research, resolution, response, and troubleshooting of user issues/problems/questions
• Setting up and maintaining the server infrastructure
• Configuring and supporting networking equipment
• Supporting Active Directory infrastructure and related systems
• Installing and configuring peripherals
• Maintaining technical documentation
• Performing routine maintenance, applications, and incident management Following security and compliance best practices

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in maintaining a computer network of 20+ machines, diagnostics, and component replacement
• Strong knowledge of Windows
• Basic knowledge of macOS and Linux
• Solid understanding of network technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, proxy, TCP/IP, STP, VLAN, group policies)
• Administration skills for Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
• Excellent understanding of computers and English: pre-intermediate level, with speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products using documentation and internet resources
• Good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers
• Initiative, teamwork, multitasking abilities, and a strong desire to work in a dynamic environment
