Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for EM applications, including simple simulations, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to assist in EM simulations and measurements
- Support the preparation of technical presentations and training sessions for clients and internal teams
- Assist in testing and developing new EM application features and functionalities
- Analyze basic customer requirements and contribute to developing tailored EM solutions
- Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in EM/EMI/EMC engineering
- Help document technical processes, user guides, and application notes Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and conferences as part of the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Basic experience with EM simulations—academic projects, internships, or coursework are a plus
- Familiarity with EM simulation software such as CST, HFSS, COMSOL, Altair FEKO, or similar tools (basic knowledge is sufficient)
- Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn problem-solving techniques
- Good communication skills and willingness to develop presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and a proactive attitude towards learning
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ is a plus
- Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to EM applications is beneficial
- Fluent English and Polish – required
