Are you ready to take part in an exciting large-scale project that connects technology, innovation, and real impact?

If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, communication, and innovation — this is your chance to shine!
We’re looking for motivated people to join our technical support and communication team, providing assistance to over 1,400  restaurants across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Solving technical issues and supporting restaurant operations
• Communicating in German with restaurant managers and staff
• Working with AI-powered tools and contributing to automating key processes
• Managing and sharing knowledge within the support team
• Participating in specialized technical and language trainings
• Working in a shift-based environment supporting restaurants nationwide

Requirements

• German language – minimum level B1 (higher levels will be a strong advantage)
• English language – minimum level B1
• Technical background or studies preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in technology, process optimization, and continuous improvement
