Your role

You will be responsible for keeping a close watch on all key IT systems, carrying out routine checks, and reacting swiftly to any alerts and incidents. The role includes also handling initial troubleshooting for infrastructure issues.

Your tasks

• 24x7 monitoring of ticketing tools, applications or monitoring tool consoles and take actions as per defined process
• First level troubleshooting and resolution of Auto generated incidents for Server,
• Database, Storage and Network technologies (PP, PM, P4 priority)
• Perform Daily Health Checks and taking actions as per defined process if any anomalies found
• Handle deployments on prod environment
• Call-out or escalate to LM or other stakeholders in case of any incident as per defined process
• Coordination, cooperation and follow up with resolving teams and internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and send daily, weekly or monthly operations or status reports and present data in front of external stakeholders
