About the Internship at Sollers

• Join Sollers’ Guidewire Business Analyst internship and start your professional career in IT business consulting! This internship can be your first step to becoming a proficient Business Analyst.
• Gain hands-on experience with various tools and techniques for effective business requirement analysis with a support of experienced colleagues.
• Learn and develop skills necessary to work with core insurance systems.
• Explore various analytical perspectives — from understanding product logic, through shaping requirements and documentation, to supporting selected business activities within Sollers.

About the role. You will

• Receive comprehensive training to set up your work environment and integrate smoothly into your team, supported by experienced colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with your agile team — including Business Analysts and developers — learning how IT project workflows operate and how to translate business needs into functional system logic, while contributing meaningfully from day one.
• Gain foundational knowledge of modern insurance systems and learn how core platforms such as
• Guidewire InsuranceSuite support key business processes.
• Develop your skills across a variety of analytical areas — from business analysis and process understanding to supporting internal initiatives — by contributing to tasks such as preparing documentation, shaping backlog items, clarifying requirements, creating presentations, and enhancing knowledge base materials.
• Present team results and contribute to internal project demos.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

About the requirements. You need

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to present your work effectively.
• Great command of English, at least C1 level.
• Availability of at least 70% — 28 hours per week — for a minimum of 6 months.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to learn quickly in a supportive but challenging international environment.
• Whether you’re a student, graduate, or career changer, knowledge in business, economics, finance, data, or related fields will be necessary.
• Basic understanding of insurance processes will be a strong advantage.
