We're partnering with Google to find innovative individuals to join their world-class engineering team in Germany, Poland and Romania.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on foundational technologies that underpin Google's global operations, impacting billions of users every day.

As a Software Engineer with Google in Warsaw, Krakow or Wroclaw,, you'll be heavily involved in a wide range of mobile-related development, including Android Automotive, Wearables, kernel-level engineering, and machine learning integrations for Android devices. On top of that, teams in Poland also contribute to crucial emerging areas like Privacy Sandbox and Google Kubernetes Engine. You'll tackle massive-scale challenges, evolving and growing as Google continues to push technological boundaries.

As a Software Engineer with Google in Bucharest, particularly in an early-career role, you'll likely be working on Android Enterprise solutions and broader "Platforms and Ecosystems." This focus highlights Google's strategic investment in developing new talent to build out specific product capabilities within their mobile and platform initiatives. You'll tackle challenging problems, evolving and growing as Google continues to push technological boundaries. Your Responsibilities: Develop robust product and system code for core infrastructure, cloud services, or information security. Diligently review code, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to best practices. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Lead or actively participate in technology design reviews.

 

Requirements

  • About You: We're looking for versatile engineers who are passionate about solving challenging problems and have a proven track record in software development.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go).
    • You identify as having a disability, neurodivergence, mental health, or long-term health condition. (This includes, but isn't limited to, dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD, visual impairment, hearing impairment, diabetes, epilepsy, depression, anxiety disorders, and any other physical or mental health conditions).
      The ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Nice to have: 1 to 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • For full-stack roles, 1 year of experience across both back-end (Java, Python, Go, or C++ codebases) and front-end (JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or equivalent) development.
