Responsibilities

  • Work with key market retailers (like Rossmann, Auchan) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions.
  • You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations
  • Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial& marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)

 

Requirements

  • Business/Tech students of the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study or recent graduates
  • Advanced level of Polish and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong initiative and problem solving
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
  • Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work etc.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills Valid driver's license (active driver)
