Responsibilities

  • Assisting in resolving problems related to transactions, payments, or accounts,
  • Responding to customer inquiries, both by phone and email,
  • Reviewing financial data to identify trends or discrepancies,
  • Providing information on how to use financial software,
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

 

Requirements

  • Operates with no supervision in complex environments
  • BA degree and fluent English
