Responsibilities

Three‑year rotational program for recent graduates in finance, economics, or business Three different one‑year experiences, selected from the following areas: Strategic Finance Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Supply Chain Finance Specialized Finance Commercial Finance Exposure to international teams and stakeholders, with opportunities to work across borders Structured learning and development, including CIMA qualification funding and tailored Ecolab finance training Competitive salary and benefits package, including financial and relocation support Permanent employment contract and clear, structured career progression Your home base throughout the program will be Ecolab’s Finance Centre of Excellence in Krakow, From the start of your journey, you’ll join our team in our Business Services Centre in Krakow. You’ll join us on a permanent contract of employment with our Polish company, and this will be your base throughout the program. Although your roots will be in Krakow, our aim is to give you real international experience while you learn the fundamentals of corporate finance. 

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business, or a related field 
• Fluency in English, and other European languages beneficial 
• Energy and action-driven attitude 
• First-rate attention to detail with great communication skills 
• Analytical skills
