Your role

Provides IT support to customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of their Digital Workplace. In order to provide the high-quality standard service to customers, Service Desk Analysts analyzes and resolves most common enquiries and cooperates with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues.

Your tasks

  • Support customers in Spanish and English
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues and provide accurate information
  • Log cases in internal systems

Your profile

  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
  • Can-do-it and problem-solving attitude
  • The ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind
