You role
Provides IT support to customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of their Digital Workplace. In order to provide the high-quality standard service to customers, Service Desk Analysts analyzes and resolves most common enquiries and cooperates with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues.
Your tasks
- Support customers in Spanish and English
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information
- Log cases in internal systems
You profile
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
- Can-do-it and problem-solving attitude
- The ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind
