About the Team

The Business Process Management Team drives the needed activities to prioritize processes with the highest business impact and establish ownership for the agreed end-to-end processes. The BPM Team supports Business-nominated Process Owners in creating process models that are easy to understand, can be communicated in convenient ways and will create a positive business impact where executed (e.g. in the Regions around the globe). The team tracks progress of Business Process Management Architecture maturity and provides the single source of truth for the state of BPM of ZF Division B – Aftermarket. The Team is a part of a wider global Transformation Excellence function of ZF Division B.

 

Responsibilities

  • Document processes in a form of a BPMN diagram, based on existing process documentation (work instructions, manuals, desktop procedures) and discussion outcomes;
  • Support the end-to-end workflow to model, release and publish business processes;
  • Maintain transparency on the status of processes (design and rollout status);
  • Administer a repository of process model (incl., sub-pages content creation, access management);
  • Plan agenda, onboard speakers and host process-related training sessions;
  • Promote best practices in process design, enabling global users to understand and follow processes effectively.

 

Requirements

  • Related Bachelor’s Degree, last year students also welcome;
  • Basic experience in working with the leading BPM tools (e.g. Signavio, Symbio, Visio, Aris);
  • Familiar with working in a project oriented setting;
  • Passionate to collaborate with Stakeholders and create a business impact;
  • Systematic in tracking own work and diligent in following-up on others;
  • Fluent English skills (written and verbal);
  • Experienced in working with Excel.
